Return & Exchange Policy

At Jurassic Apparel, all of our products are made-to-order, which means all sales are final. However, we want to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase! If you receive an item that is damaged or misprinted, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

• You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return:

• Gift cards

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Products that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to reasons outside of our control

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

2. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Don’t send your item back to the manufacturer—our team will guide you through the return process.

Important Notes:

• We will only issue partial refunds in cases where the item shows signs of use or is missing parts due to circumstances not caused by us.

• Any item returned after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
